About Best Life Coaching
What is it about Best Life Coaching that distinguishes us from the rest? Best Life Coaching uses a transformational life coaching approach, supported and enhanced by Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Hypnotherapy and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP)—techniques that are proven to help change thought processes and achieve emotional, cognitive and behavioural change quickly and thoroughly, helping you make positive life changes faster and more effectively.
We offer clients private, one-on-one coaching sessions, and special issues workshops and support groups; and wellness and work-life balance workshops to groups, institutions and corporations. We help you to articulate and achieve your desired goals, free from limiting beliefs, behaviours and emotional blocks, enabling sustainable, healthy choices toward living with purpose, passion and joy. Our goals is to offer coaching techniques to clear the path to your very best life!
